Recordati Rare Diseases Inc.

We are experiencing a global outbreak of respiratory disease caused by a novel (new) coronavirus (“COVID-19”). Health and Human Services Secretary Alex M. Azar II has declared a public health emergency (PHE) for the United States¹ . Due to the coronavirus outbreak, we understand that there are questions regarding the origin of our products and the possibilities of supply disruptions.

Our marketed products are manufactured in Europe, Canada, and the United States.

At this time, we do not anticipate any interruptions to the supply of our products associated with the coronavirus outbreak. We will continue to proactively monitor material suppliers, manufacturing, and supply facilities within our global network to ensure continuity of supply. Recordati Rare Diseases is committed to the safety of our patients. Given the dynamic nature of health crisis, we will continue to monitor the situation and adapt business practices accordingly.
