'Eco River Parc' is a recently built logistic platform with good manufacturing and distribution practices (GMP/GDP) certification. From this building of 1,600 sqm, located near Paris, Recordati Rare Diseases’ products are distributed throughout the world.

Our highly professional staff are committed to ensuring continuous product availability and prompt delivery to patients.

Recordati Rare Diseases has developed close relationships with its product and servicer suppliers, most of whom are in the European Union. These suppliers have been carefully selected and are regularly audited by our quality assurance personnel to ensure they maintain a high level of quality and service over time. Final steps of production (secondary packaging and release) are conducted in the same facility as shipping, allowing immediate reactiveness to unexpected or urgent orders, wherever these come from. The vast majority (96%) of orders reach our customers throughout Europe in no more than two working days, including our products requiring 'cold chain'.

We endeavour to guarantee the highest level of safety, quality and integrity for our products at all stages of our supply chain - right up to delivery, to the healthcare professional who will ultimately administer our products to patients.
